Shipping costs and delivery times in Finland

We use 2 shipping providers in Finland: Posti and Matkahuolto.

Shipment methods explained

Posti - Delivery to Posti outlet & Delivery to Posti 

Posti will notify you when you can pick up your parcel. Pick it up when it suits you, even on weekends. The storage period is 7 days in Posti's service points and Parcel Lockers. 

Postal Parcels can be collected or sent easily with a comprehensive network consisting of over 2,700 service points, including postal outlets and Posti Parcel Lockers.

Parcels are also delivered on Saturdays to more than 500 Posti Parcel lockers and service points in the capital region and in the Turku, Tampere, Lahti, Seinäjoki, Pori, Jyväskylä, Kuopio and Oulu regions.

Posti - Home parcel

Posti will notify you when you can choose the delivery time. Option to leave delivery at the door. The delivery times vary from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. according to the area. The delivery of the item can be tracked with the help of the tracking code we will send you after the shipment has been made.

Posti - Express

Posti will notify you when you can choose the delivery time. Option to leave delivery at the door. The delivery times vary from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. according to the area. The delivery of the item can be tracked with the help of the tracking code we will send you after the shipment has been made.

Matkahuolto - Near parcel

Matkahuolto has nearly 2000 parcel pick-up points located in key locations for you. 82% of Finns live within 3 km and 57% within 1 km of Matkahuolto's pick-up points, the most popular of which are parcel lockers. Using a parcel locker is easy – you don't need to queue, and the lockers are also open in the evenings and on weekends.

Matkahuolto has the largest number of pick-up points offering personal service in Finland. Pick-up points include K-Markets, R-Kiosks and Matkahuolto's pick-up points and terminals.

Matkahuolto - Home parcel

Matkahuolto delivers the package in 1-3 work days to your door at the date and time agreed upon: Delivery to your door at the agreed date and time, including evenings and weekends in major cities. You will be notified of incoming parcels by text message to agree on the time of the delivery. With the recipient’s permission, consignments can also be left at the recipient’s doorstep without being signed for.

Matkahuolto - Delivery parcel

Matkahuolto delivers the package in 1-3 work days to the recipient’s door without prior agreement: Delivery to your door Mon-Fri 8-16 without prior notice. With the recipient’s permission, consignments can also be left at the recipient’s doorstep without being signed for.

Pick-up from our warehouse (Ojakatu 3, Raisio, Finland)

You will receive a pick-up code once your order has been processed. You can pick up your shipment from the pick-up machine Mon-Fri 7-20 and Sat 9-14. Your order will be kept for 3 working days. Please note that it may take 1-2 business days for your order to be processed.
